• For weddings, we suggest booking as far out as possible.  On average our brides book us anywhere from 12-24 months in advance. 

• Design time is based on scope of project.

• Once designs are approved, production is 3-6 weeks.

• For semi-custom stationery and party invitations, the turnaround time is 7-10 days after final proof approval.

• For gifts, the turnaround time is 15-20 business days after final proof approval.

Each wedding and event is extremely unique. Paper type, printing method, guest count and many other factors will determine the price of your goods.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or order cancellations once an order is placed. If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you quickly to make it right.
