At MadeInTheShed, every piece is handmade with care and often customized just for you. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Custom Orders & Payments
For custom orders, payment is collected after your final revisions are approved. Once your design is approved and payment is complete, your order will move into production. At this stage, no further changes can be made.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you quickly to make it right.
